Feeling of menstruation during early pregnancy

Menstruation is the feeling of having your period, which is accompanied by abdominal pain, headache, and back pain. Pregnant women should pay special attention to their bodies and have regular physical examinations to prevent serious consequences, even infertility. Some women will experience menstruation in the early stages of pregnancy, and they don’t know why. So why do they experience menstruation in the early stages of pregnancy?

If you are in the early stages of pregnancy, it is normal to have abdominal pain like menstruation during these few days. In early pregnancy, some abdominal pain is physiological, that is, a normal reaction caused by pregnancy. Generally, when the fertilized egg implants, it may occasionally cause pain, just like dysmenorrhea during menstruation. This is normal and there is no need to worry.

Pregnant mothers should try to reduce or avoid sexual intercourse in the early stages of pregnancy. Because the fetus is still unstable in the early stages of pregnancy, it is the period when miscarriage is most likely to occur, especially for pregnant women at high risk of miscarriage.

Having sex during pregnancy, especially in the first three months of pregnancy, on the one hand, the placenta has not yet matured and the connection between the placenta and the uterine wall is not tight; on the other hand, insufficient secretion of progesterone cannot provide strong protection for the embryo. Having sex at this time may cause miscarriage.

After a woman becomes pregnant, her demands for and responses to sex decrease due to changes in her endocrine system, early pregnancy reactions, and concerns about the impact on the embryo. Therefore, it is best not to have sex in the early stages of pregnancy.

It is normal to have menstrual sensation in the first month of pregnancy. This is caused by the enlargement of the uterus and the restraint of the ligaments. It is a physiological phenomenon. There is no need to worry too much. Just pay more attention to rest. In the early stages of pregnancy, mothers should also pay attention to all aspects of their lives, take good care of themselves, and keep their body and mind happy.

In the early stages of pregnancy, symptoms similar to menstruation may appear in the lower abdomen. This is a normal pregnancy reaction and you don't need to worry too much. You need to pay attention to pregnancy safety, have regular prenatal check-ups, pay attention to your diet during pregnancy, and eat more vegetables and fruits to supplement nutrition.
