Will ectopic pregnancy cause breast pain?

Will ectopic pregnancy cause breast pain?

The symptoms of ectopic pregnancy are quite diverse. The reason why many patients experience this situation is due to their bad living habits. When it happens, they will definitely feel a certain degree of swelling and pain in their chest. This is also a common reaction. Some patients will even directly cause internal vaginal bleeding. If this continues for a long time, it will definitely endanger their life safety to a great extent.

Regarding ectopic pregnancy, experts say: Ectopic pregnancy is also called ectopic pregnancy, which means pregnancy in a location other than the uterus. For some reason, when the fertilized egg "sets up camp" somewhere other than the uterine cavity, it is an ectopic pregnancy. The most common ectopic pregnancy is a fallopian tube pregnancy. It is difficult for a fertilized egg to sustain a fallopian tube pregnancy. Within 1 to 2 months after menopause, the gradually growing fertilized egg will rupture the fallopian tube, causing heavy bleeding, shock, and even life-threatening.

1. Vaginal bleeding

After the embryo dies outside the uterus, there will often be some very irregular vaginal bleeding, which is basically in the form of drips, dark brown in color, and very small in amount, generally not exceeding the amount of menstruation, and is not clean.

2. Pale complexion

Patients with ectopic pregnancy may become pale and bloodless in the short term, and may also experience symptoms such as dry mouth, palpitations, fear of cold, and fatigue.

3. Abdominal pain

The incidence of abdominal pain in patients with ectopic pregnancy is 95%. The abdominal pain is mainly caused by various reasons such as fallopian tube enlargement, rupture, and blood irritation to the peritoneum. Generally, there is sudden tearing or paroxysmal pain on one side of the lower abdomen, and symptoms of nausea and vomiting may also occur.

4. Menopause

Most patients with ectopic pregnancy will have a short history of amenorrhea before the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy, and will also have some early pregnancy reactions, such as nausea, vomiting, etc., and the pregnancy test will also be positive.

5. Syncope and shock

Due to acute intra-abdominal bleeding, it is likely to cause a rapid decrease in blood volume and severe abdominal pain. In mild cases, fainting often occurs, and in severe cases, shock may occur.

6. Diarrhea

Patients with ectopic pregnancy are likely to experience diarrhea symptoms. If you do not carefully analyze the condition at this time, it can easily be mistaken for indigestion or intestinal emergencies.

Population prone to ectopic pregnancy

1. Women with hypoplastic or deformed fallopian tubes: Hypoplasia of the fallopian tube muscle layer, lack of cilia in the endometrium and other lesions reduce the function of the fallopian tube in transporting fertilized eggs. If the fallopian tube is curved, spiral, has double fallopian tube openings, or has other underdeveloped fallopian tube malformations, it will also be difficult for the fertilized egg to reach the uterine cavity smoothly.

2. Women with endometriosis: This is because the endometrium is ectopic in the interstitial part of the fallopian tube. On the one hand, due to the thickening of the interstitial part, the lumen of the tube is narrowed or blocked, making it difficult for the fertilized egg to pass through; on the other hand, when the fertilized egg reaches the interstitial part and comes into contact with the ectopic endometrium, the syncytial cells erode the ectopic endometrium to form a gap, just like when a normal fertilized egg touches the endometrium, allowing the fertilized egg to implant and develop.
