Can onychomycosis cause gynecological diseases?

Can onychomycosis cause gynecological diseases?

To put it simply, onychomycosis is a type of disease caused by fungal infection. Its common pathogenic bacteria include Trichophyton rubrum, Epidermophyton floccosum, etc. Once onychomycosis occurs, it is not only highly contagious, but also may cause complications of various diseases. For example, paronychia, skin erysipelas, etc. So, will onychomycosis cause gynecological diseases in women? The answer is yes!

1. Because onychomycosis is caused by fungi, if the fungi enter your vagina, you may be infected with candidal vaginitis. Generally speaking, onychomycosis will not directly lead to candidal vaginitis.

Be careful not to insert your fingers into the vagina, otherwise, it is very easy to get infected.

Sexual intercourse with someone who has a sexually transmitted disease (the male partner often has no obvious symptoms) is the main cause of vaginitis. Of course, unclean sanitary napkins and personal hygiene can also cause vaginal infection. As long as you persist in treatment, you will definitely get better, don't worry! Be careful about your sexual partners in the future.

2. If it is bacterial vaginitis. Recommendation: Take ciprofloxacin orally (6-12 tablets in a box, 3-5 yuan), twice a day, two tablets for the first time, and one tablet each time thereafter. Take the medicine continuously for 7 days. Generally the problem can be solved. Please note that men and women should be treated together. You can also use "Bisoprolol Suppository" vaginally (7 pills per box, about 5 to 12 yuan), one pill per day. If combined with Trichomonas infection, take metronidazole tablets (100 tablets in a bottle, 3-5 yuan) orally twice a day, two tablets for the first time, and one tablet each time thereafter. Take the medicine continuously for 21 days. Gender equality!!

3. If it is candidal vaginitis. Because, in general, candidal vaginitis is stubborn and prone to relapse. After being cured and having no symptoms, you need to continue to treat it for half a month to ensure that the fungus is completely killed. suggestion:

1) Purchase 2-3 boxes of "Bisoprolol Suppositories" (7 capsules per box, about 5-12 yuan), and fluconazole capsules or tablets (16 capsules of 0.1g or 8 capsules of 0.2g).

2) Oral "fluconazole", the first dose is 0.4g, and then 0.2g each time, once a day, for three days; vaginal medication: must be used continuously for more than 21 days!! (During the menstrual period, oral "fluconazole" must be used instead of vaginal medication!). After washing every night, use a "Bisoprolol suppository" before going to bed and insert it into the innermost part of the vagina with your fingers! Use a sanitary pad to protect it to prevent contamination of clothes.

3) When you feel that you have no symptoms, you must continue to take the medicine for half a month. Otherwise, because the mold is stubborn, it is very easy to relapse. Therefore, it is very important to adhere to medication! During the menstrual period, stop vaginal medication and use oral "fluconazole" instead of "suppository" treatment to ensure that the growth of mold can be fully inhibited during menstruation and achieve the purpose of complete cure.

4) Be careful not to place sanitary napkins in the bathroom! Place them in a well-ventilated and dry place. Because the bathroom is humid, it is very easy for sanitary napkins to breed mold.

5) It is best to take oral fluconazole during the first three days of treatment and every day during the menstrual period. The man was also treated with oral fluconazole.

4. For genital herpes infection. It is best to use famciclovir, as acyclovir resistance is relatively high. Chinese medicine has no definite therapeutic effect, so don't waste your time and money.

In addition, the dosage must be sufficient. For the first time, double it. The course of treatment should last for 15 to 21 days.

Recommendation: Buy famciclovir tablets, one tablet (0.25g) each time, three times a day (once every 8 hours), and continue treatment for 15 to 21 days, which can generally solve the problem.

The key to cure: timely, adequate and continuous medication. If you stop taking the medicine randomly, it will be difficult to cure!!!
