In addition to massaging and unblocking the breasts, other physical factors should be checked. You should not be careless in your usual diet and should eat more crucian carp and tofu soup, tomato, loofah and bone soup, so as to achieve the best milk-inducing effect.

Crucian carp tofu milk soup

Material

1-2 crucian carps (about 150g); 50g tofu; 5g each of chopped green onion and ginger; 10g coriander; 1 tablespoon (10ml) oil; 1 teaspoon (5g) salt; 1 teaspoon (5ml) vinegar

1. Remove the internal organs of the crucian carp and clean it. If the crucian carp is large, cut the fish into 4 cm long segments. Cut tofu into 1cm cubes. Chop coriander into small pieces.

2. Heat the oil in the pan over medium heat, put the fish into the pan and fry for 2 minutes, add the scallion and ginger and stir-fry, then add 800ml of water. After the water boils, add vinegar and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

3. Put the diced tofu into the pot and cook for another 10 minutes until the soup turns white, then add salt. Pour the soup into a large bowl and sprinkle with cilantro.

Tomato, loofah, pork and bone soup

Material

Pork spine, tomato, loofah, ginger, cooking wine, salt

1. Wash the pork bones, blanch them in boiling water to remove the blood foam, then remove and wash.

2. Peel the loofah, remove the head and tail, wash and cut into pieces.

3. Wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add tomatoes and stir-fry until the juice comes out, turn to low heat, and pick out the tomato skin (you can peel it first)

5. Add pork bones, ginger, cooking wine, and water to cover the pork bones. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 2 hours.

6. Add the loofah and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add appropriate amount of salt before turning off the heat.

Papaya, Yam and Corn Soup

Material

Papaya, yam, corn, oyster mushroom, king oyster mushroom, Chinese cabbage, carrot

1. Peel the papaya (green papaya is best) and cut into cubes.

2. Peel the yam, wash it, and cut it into dice.

3. Peel the husk and silk of corn, wash it and cut it into pieces.

4. Peel the carrots, wash them and cut them into dice.

5. Put the oyster mushrooms, corn cobs, Chinese cabbage and king oyster mushrooms into a stainless steel plate, add water (add enough water, do not add raw water during the soup), and steam for 1 hour.

6. After one hour, remove the oyster mushrooms, corn cobs, Chinese cabbage, and king oyster mushrooms for other uses.

7. Take a soup bowl, put in yam, corn, carrot, pour in the vegetarian soup in step (6), add a little salt and mushroom essence, and steam for 45 minutes.

8. Finally, add the papaya and steam for another 15 minutes.
