3. Frequent urination and painful urination

If the urethra is infected, frequent urination and painful urination may occur, and sometimes hematuria may be seen. During the examination, the vaginal mucosa can be seen to be congested. In severe cases, there are scattered bleeding spots. There is a large amount of leucorrhea in the posterior fornix, which is grayish yellow, yellow-white thin liquid or yellow-green purulent secretion, often in a foamy state. There may be no abnormalities found in the vaginal mucosa of carriers.

4. The incubation period is 4 to 28 days

The vaginal mucosa has small red particles or petechiae, the pH value is higher than normal, and there is a large amount of yellow-green or gray foamy secretions flowing out of the vagina with a fishy smell, sometimes mixed with a little blood or pus. The secretions irritate the vulva and cause itching. The vulva becomes red, and even inflammatory ulcers may occur. Some are caused by moisture and abrasions, and can spread to the genital-femoral folds. There is pain during sexual intercourse, and there may be symptoms such as dysuria and frequent urination.
