Breast pain with nodules

Breast pain with nodules

Breast lumps are a type of breast disease with a high incidence rate among women, and middle-aged women are more likely to develop the disease. This is closely related to the fact that hormone levels in middle-aged women are prone to fluctuations. It is also closely related to the endocrine imbalance in many women. Many patients with breast lumps have pain, and the vast majority of breast lumps are benign, but of course they may also be malignant.

Is breast nodule pain a sign of malignancy?

Breast mass is a disease that is common in breast hyperplasia and breast tumors, including benign breast tumors and malignant tumors. If you want to determine whether the mass is benign or malignant, a pathological examination is required. Do B-ultrasound, infrared breast radiography or molybdenum target photography for examination. Breast mass is cystic breast hyperplasia, a non-tumor disease. Generally, women of childbearing age will experience spontaneous relief after menopause. There are 4 types: 1. Mastoid arthritis (pain before menstruation during puberty, pain during menstruation, no lumps, disappears after menstruation). 2. Lobular hyperplasia (20-35 years old, premenstrual pain, multiple small nodules during travel. Relieved after menstruation). Treat with Xiaoyao Pills. 3. Fibroadenoma or papilloma (single hard lump, clear boundary, large mobility, no pain, adhesion). Take Xiaoyao Powder 3-9 grams, 3 times a day, and follow up regularly. If necessary, surgical removal. 4. Fibrocystic or necrotizing mastopathy (after the age of 30, there are several small nodules, a piece, tough in texture, unclear boundaries, often on both sides, with slight pain. Related to the menstrual cycle). Surgical treatment. Fibrocystic breast disease is the most common breast disease among women, and its morbidity ranks first among breast diseases. In recent years, the prevalence of this disease has shown a gradually increasing trend, and the age of patients is getting younger and younger. About 70% to 80% of women have varying degrees of breast hyperplasia, which is common in women aged 25-45.

Breast mass is cystic breast hyperplasia, a non-tumor disease. It is the most common breast disease among women, and its morbidity ranks first among breast diseases. In recent years, the prevalence of this disease has shown a gradually increasing trend, and the age of patients is getting younger and younger. According to statistics, about 70% to 80% of women have varying degrees of breast hyperplasia, which is common in women aged 25-45. The clinical manifestations are mainly characterized by regular breast pain. Initially, it is a wandering distending pain, with dull pain that is more noticeable on the outer upper side and middle upper end of the breast. The pain worsens before each menstruation and decreases or disappears after menstruation. In severe cases, there is persistent pain before and after menstruation. Sometimes the pain radiates to the armpits, shoulders, back, upper limbs, etc.

Patients often report that there is a lump in the breast, but clinical examination only feels thickened milk ducts. Very few simple lobular hyperplasia of the breast during puberty can be cured in about 2 years, but most patients do not need treatment. Breast lumps are not the same as tumors. Breast hyperplasia is the degenerative changes in the structure of breast tissue tubes and lobules and the growth and development of idiopathic connective tissue. The main cause of the disease is endocrine hormone imbalance, so there is no distinction between good and malignant changes. However, a very small number of cases of breast hyperplasia will become long-term and difficult to cure, and may develop into breast tumors or malignant diseases. The treatment is mainly based on endocrine regulation. You can look at traditional Chinese medicine and drink Chinese medicine, which has better effects than drugs.
