Spleen and kidney deficiency is explained from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. When women suffer from spleen and kidney deficiency, they will show many symptoms, which often cause soreness in the waist and knees, leading to physical fatigue, frequent night sweats, dizziness, tinnitus and other symptoms. In addition, it will cause certain digestive tract symptoms, such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, pale complexion and other symptoms. Spleen deficiency 1. Refers to the pathogenesis of spleen qi being weak and unable to raise clearness. Deficiency of spleen and kidney Deficiency of spleen and kidney It is mostly caused by spleen yang deficiency and insufficient qi in the middle. Symptoms include dull complexion, dizziness, easy sweating, shortness of breath, poor appetite, fatigue, abdominal distension, loose stools or blurred vision, deafness, loss of taste in food, pale and tender tongue, white tongue coating, and weak pulse. If the spleen qi fails to rise due to dampness and food stagnation, symptoms include heaviness in the head, fatigue, loss of appetite, abdominal distension or pain, thick and greasy tongue coating, and a deep and slow pulse. 2. Refers to digestive dysfunction of the spleen and stomach. It is mostly caused by liver failure to release qi or dampness blocking spleen yang, but can also be caused by food stagnation. The main symptoms include abdominal distension, indigestion, anorexia, hiccups, etc. 3. Refers to the pathogenesis of abnormal spleen function. The spleen is responsible for transportation and transformation. If the spleen yang is deficient, the spleen will fail to perform its transportation and transformation duties and will be unable to raise clear substances. In mild cases, there will be symptoms of indigestion such as abdominal distension, poor appetite, intestinal rumbling, and diarrhea; if it lasts for a long time, the patient will have a sallow face, thin muscles, and weak limbs; if water and dampness are blocked, the limbs will swell, or the water and dampness will turn into phlegm or fluid, causing other phlegm or fluid symptoms. Kidney deficiency 1. Kidney Yin deficiency is caused by insufficient kidney water and relatively hyperactive kidney Yang and liver fire. The causes include damage to sperm, loss of blood, loss of fluid, and acute fever causing damage to kidney yin. The main symptoms are low back pain, fatigue, dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, forgetfulness, spermatorrhea, premature ejaculation, amenorrhea and infertility, dry mouth and sore throat, hot flashes in the afternoon, slightly red cheekbones, fever in the five parts of the body, red tongue without coating, and deep and fine pulse. 2. Kidney Yang Deficiency Kidney Yang is the driving force behind the body's functional activities. When kidney Yang is weak, the body's functional activities will be impaired. The main symptoms are pale complexion, lack of energy, fear of cold, decreased physical strength, sore waist and weak legs, impotence and premature ejaculation, decreased libido, oliguria and edema, poor appetite and loose stools, tender and plump tongue, white and slippery tongue coating, and deep and weak pulse. |
