Fourth, upward jumping movement

Jump upwards, gradually grow taller, or reach a given height; jump down from a slightly higher place; jump up from a squatting position. Do 30 to 60 jumps in different postures, pushing the ground hard with both feet. But at the beginning you have to do the prescribed amount and gradually increase the amount of exercise.
