What are the steps of breast massage

Women can prevent breast diseases by massaging their breasts regularly in daily life, and it can also help to enlarge the breasts. Different massage techniques can make the breasts healthier and fuller. You can use the correct technique to massage your breasts every night, which can also help you sleep.

Correct breast massage technique

Use one hand to hold the breast from under it and gently rub the areola towards the armpit, and use the other hand to gently squeeze it.

Use your index and middle fingers to pinch the nipple against your chest, and gently pull it outwards, being careful not to pull until it hurts.

Place your index and middle fingers against your chest to pinch your nipples, gently press your fingers together and slightly tighten them, rotating them in a circular shape.

Press the armpit area with one hand, and use the palm of the other hand to support one breast and push it upward gently.

Place your hands close to your breasts and massage in circles from the inside out.

Place one hand on the sternum and massage in a spiral motion towards the armpit

Hold the breast with one hand and tap the breast gently from bottom to top with the other hand, don't hit it hard

Self-examination of breasts:

First of all, you should pay attention to whether the two breasts are symmetrical. If they are asymmetrical, pay special attention to the larger breast. If there is a local bulge, be aware that there may be a larger lump there. If there is a local depression, there may be a lump deep inside.

Secondly, pay attention to the nipples on both sides. Under normal circumstances, they are symmetrical and point downward. If there is cancer or chronic inflammation near the nipple, the nipple may be pulled to that side, resulting in asymmetry of the nipples on both sides.

In addition, you should also pay attention to changes in the breast skin. Redness and swelling mostly indicate inflammation. If the local skin thickens and changes into "orange peel-like" changes, you should pay attention to whether there is a lump in the breast.

The correct way to check for breast lumps:

Put your five fingers together and place them flat on your breasts, and gently press with your palms and the palms of your fingers (the second section of the last section of the fingers is the most sensitive). Massage the five areas of the breast in turn: the upper outside, lower outside, upper inside, lower inside, and center. Normal breasts are soft and have a uniform texture. Because the structure of the breast lobes can be slightly lobed, no lumps will normally be felt. If a lump is felt, it should be considered pathological and you should go to the hospital for a detailed examination as soon as possible.
