4. Yongquan Point

Yongquan acupoint is located on the sole of the human foot, in the depression at the front of the foot, one-third of the way between the tips of the webs between the 2nd and 3rd toes and the heel. It is the lowest point on the body and the first point on the kidney meridian.

5. Guanyuan Point

Guanyuan point is located three inches below the navel (three inches is equal to four fingers placed horizontally).
