The Xuehai point on the knee joint, the Sanyinjiao point on the ankle joint, the Fuliu point and Zhaohai point next to the ankle joint, the Yongquan point on the sole of the foot, the Guanyuan point, Qihai point, Shenque point and other acupoints in the lower abdomen. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this place is the center of the human body and the source of vitality. The body's true qi is born from this. Therefore, for cold diseases caused by insufficient yang and lack of vitality, the Qihai point often has the effects of warming yang and replenishing qi, strengthening the body, and nourishing the essence and replenishing deficiency.

4. Yongquan Point

Yongquan acupoint is located on the sole of the human foot, in the depression at the front of the foot, one-third of the way between the tips of the webs between the 2nd and 3rd toes and the heel. It is the lowest point on the body and the first point on the kidney meridian.

5. Guanyuan Point

Guanyuan point is located three inches below the navel (three inches is equal to four fingers placed horizontally). 7. Zhaohai Point
