What foods should women eat to regulate their menstrual flow

Women with scanty menstrual flow should pay attention to the correct conditioning methods, especially dietary conditioning. They can make some black fungus and jujube soup or stew some mutton, ginger and angelica soup, which can warm the uterus and improve irregular menstruation.

1. Black fungus and jujube soup: 20 jujubes, 10 grams of black fungus, 10 grams of brown sugar, add water and stew the soup, once in the morning and once in the evening.

2. Mutton, ginger and angelica soup: 10 grams each of angelica and ginger, 100 grams of mutton slices, add water and cook together, add salt after it is cooked, drink the soup and eat the meat.

3. Motherwort and Black-bone Chicken Soup: 1 black-bone chicken, 9 grams each of angelica, astragalus, and poria, 30 grams of motherwort. Wash the chicken, remove the organs, put the medicine into the chicken's belly and sew it up with thread, put it in a casserole and cook it, remove the residue, add seasoning and eat the meat and drink the soup. 4. Get enough sleep

As the saying goes: "Women are based on blood and their liver is their innate nature." Nourishing liver and blood is vital for women. If the liver blood is insufficient, the menstrual volume will easily become less. Sleeping is better for nourishing liver blood than eating. Therefore, people with scanty menstrual flow must ensure adequate sleep and fall asleep before 11 p.m. at the latest to nourish the liver blood and change the situation of scanty menstrual flow.

5. You can take medicine

1. Take 5 grams of Poria cocos twice a day and swallow it. Used for those with phlegm and dampness.

2. Take Heche Dazao Pills twice a day, 3 grams each time, and swallow them. Used for those with kidney deficiency and insufficient essence.

3. Take 5 tablets of Tiaojing Huoxue tablets 3 times a day. Used for those with menstrual disorders due to qi stagnation and blood stasis.

4. Take motherwort paste 3 times a day, 2 spoons each time, and drink it with boiled water. It can be used for those with menstrual problems and can be taken 2 to 3 days before menstruation.
