The fourth type, Motherwort and Cyperus rotundus soup: 100 grams each of Motherwort and Cyperus rotundus, 250 grams of chicken, and 5 scallions. Crush the scallion whites, and fry them with chicken, motherwort, and balsam pear in water. Drink soup and eat chicken.

Efficacy: Suitable for dysmenorrhea and can brighten the skin.

Fifth type: Hawthorn, cinnamon and brown sugar soup: 15 grams of hawthorn meat, 5 grams of cinnamon, and 30-50 grams of brown sugar. Put hawthorn pulp and cinnamon twigs into a clay pot, add 2 bowls of water, simmer over low heat until 1 bowl of water remains, then add brown sugar, mix well, and bring to a boil.
