The disadvantages of girls dancing jazz dance, I was shocked after reading it

Everyone is familiar with dance, and there are many types. Street dance is cooler, ballet is more graceful, and the most chic and free-spirited dance is jazz. Many people only know that it can make people's joints flexible and have a better sense of musical rhythm, but for girls, there are also disadvantages for girls to dance jazz.

Jazz dancers also enhance muscle endurance through other auxiliary training methods (such as water fitness, yoga training, etc.).

1. Flexibility - No matter what kind of dance you do, if you want to dance beautifully, your body must be flexible, otherwise you won’t be able to display the beauty of your lines. Jazz dance is no exception. When doing warm-up stretching exercises, you must be careful that you are not suitable to stretch using elasticity before your body muscles are fully warmed up. Otherwise, it may backfire and cause muscle strain. Static stretching is safer, but also requires more patience. The amplitude of flexibility exercises should not reach the point of pain. The muscles just need to feel stretched. The movement (angle) can be maintained from more than 10 seconds to 30-40 seconds. The longer the time, the greater the load on the muscles and connecting tissues near the joints.

2. Body composition – Most of the outstanding jazz dancers have strong muscles, but generally have less body fat. This gives their bodies obvious muscle stripes, making their movements more powerful and energetic when they dance. Lower fat mass also prevents dancers from carrying unnecessary weight, making dance moves more graceful and light. Although learning jazz dance can also be a way to lose weight, beginners who are overweight should first lose weight through other methods, otherwise it will pose a certain threat to the health of muscles and joints.

3. Coordination – Coordination is very important in jazz dance. In addition to the coordination of hands and feet, there is also the coordination of movements of the head, torso and limbs. In addition, in jazz dance, different parts of the body move at different rhythms at the same time, which is a big test for the dancer's coordination ability. When you are a beginner, it is better to practice the movements of different parts of the body separately first, and then continue to coordinate the required movements. That way you will have a higher sense of success.

4. Agility – Jazz dance often uses movements in different directions and at different levels to increase excitement and entertainment, so the dancers’ movements must be agile and skillful, and the angles when turning must be accurate and quick.

5. Balance - The ability of dynamic balance is often more widely used in jazz dance than static balance. This means that the dancer must be clear about the transfer of the center of gravity of the dance steps, and must also skillfully use the eyes to position themselves to help maintain balance when turning.
