What are the dangers of endometritis?

Endometritis is a common gynecological disease. Most of the causes are that women do not pay attention to their hygiene or have had abortions. Endometritis can cause great harm to the uterus, so everyone needs to know more about it before they can take this disease seriously.

1. Leading to loss of sexual interest: Patients with endometritis, in addition to increased vaginal secretions, may also experience symptoms such as low back pain and abdominal pain, which can cause a rapid decline in the woman's sexual interest.

2. Disruption of physiological laws: After suffering from endometritis, patients will experience fever, weakness, sweating, rapid pulse, back pain, abdominal pain, increased vaginal discharge, menorrhagia, dysmenorrhea, pelvic pain and other symptoms.

3. Harm to the fallopian tubes and pelvic cavity: When acute endometritis is severe, the endometrium will be congested and the uterus will be tender. With further development, myometritis, salpingitis and pelvic inflammatory disease will occur.

4. Cause infertility

Among all the dangers of endometritis, infertility can be attributed to the following three reasons:

1. The fertilized egg is not easy to implant in the inflamed endometrium, or the anti-endometrial body causes implantation disorders, resulting in infertility.

2. After the sperm enters the uterine cavity, inflammatory factors such as bacterial toxins and leukocyte phagocytosis cause the sperm to die or reduce its motility, reducing the number of sperm entering the fallopian tube, thus affecting fertility.

3. The fertilized egg is not implanted stably, which makes it very easy to miscarry and lead to infertility.
