How to prevent menstrual blood flow effectively

Many friends may not have heard of retrograde menstruation. In fact, if a female friend suffers from some gynecological diseases, retrograde menstruation is possible. Retrograde menstruation can lead to many complications because menstrual blood is a waste product. If it is not eliminated in time, it will be harmful to the health of the uterus.

1. Before menstruation

Do not seek gynecological consultation just before your period, as some gynecological consultation methods may damage the abdominal cavity and may also cause pathogen infection.

2. Early menstruation

During the menstrual period, you should maintain a cheerful and optimistic attitude and avoid being sulky often to avoid endocrine disorders; placing warm objects in the abdomen and uterus can promote the smooth flow of meridians; drinking more brown sugar water can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.

3. Mid-menstrual period

Be careful not to touch cold things and keep yourself warm, so as to avoid symptoms of dysmenorrhea such as uterine cold; do not do heavy work or strenuous exercise to avoid excessive fatigue, so as not to change the position of the uterus or excessive menstrual bleeding; prohibit sexual intercourse during menstruation, as this can easily lead to bacterial infection of the uterus and cervix.

4. After menstruation

Intrauterine surgery can be performed, so that the wound can heal before the next menstruation and avoid reinfection of the wound; make good contraceptive preparations to avoid the harm of artificial abortion to the body; do moderate exercise to appropriately improve one's own immunity.

5. Daily life

Pay attention to your eating habits. Avoid spicy, raw, cold, fried, grilled or other irritating foods. Eat more light foods such as vegetables and fruits. It can be used for warming, but not for blood replenishment, so as to prevent menstrual blood from accumulating in the uterus.
