During pregnancy, mothers will feel swelling and pain in their breasts, but if the pain is severe, you need to see a doctor. If the breast pain is not severe, it can be relieved by hot compress or massage, and the breasts should also be kept clean.

1. Correct inverted nipples. If the nipples are inverted, the baby will not be able to hold them, and the milk will not be sucked out. After seven or eight months of pregnancy, you must do the following actions every day: press the two sides of the areola with the fingers of one hand, and gently lift the nipple outward with the other hand. You can also gently push on both sides and up and down of the nipple to squeeze out the nipple.

2. For breast swelling and pain during pregnancy, you can use hot compresses, massage and other breast care methods to relieve it.

3. Clean the nipples frequently. Apply animal oil (olive oil, sesame oil, soybean oil) or mineral oil (paraffin oil) to the nipples to soften the dirt and scabs on the nipples, and then wash them with soap and hot water.

4. Apply some natural skin care oil to protect the skin and reduce friction. Massage the breasts gently with your hands every day to promote breast development.

5. No matter how firm your breasts were before, you must wear a bra every day to provide good support for your breasts in order to prevent problems. Choosing the right bra is very important. Wearing it too tight will squeeze the breasts and affect the normal development of the mammary glands; wearing it too loose will not work - it will still sag.
