Five corrective surgeries for sagging breasts, worth a look!

Five corrective surgeries for sagging breasts, worth a look!

Many women in life have the problem of sagging breasts. This problem not only affects women’s appearance, but also causes psychological pressure on women to a certain extent. So how can surgery be performed for sagging breasts?

1. Breast dermal fixation

Determine the normal position of the breast before surgery.

Based on the principle that breasts are sagging due to abnormal tissue distribution when the breast volume is appropriate, a portion of the epidermis of the breast skin is removed to expose the dermis, which is then rolled and filled into the breast using sutures, forcing the nipple and breast to move upward and bulge forward to restore their normal shape.

The rearranged and reshaped breast tissue can remain stable without causing breast deformation.

2. Breast lift fixation

This operation involves removing a medium-thick skin graft from the upper outer 1/4 of the breast, then tightening and suturing it, and fixing it upward to correct the sagging of the breast, especially for spindle-shaped breast sagging.

The incision scar formed by this operation is neither on the mid-clavicular line nor on the lower line of the breast. It can be easily covered by an ordinary bra, so the effect is satisfactory.

3. Enlarging breast volume to correct breast ptosis

This surgery can both correct breast sagging and increase breast volume, and is suitable for those who have sagging breasts and want fuller breasts.

4. Breast lift with internal fixation of the breast

The breasts of this type of patients are obviously sagging. First, the position of the breast and mammary gland needs to be measured, and a double-ring incision on the areola should be designed to remove excess loose skin and subcutaneous tissue, separate the mammary gland, suture the mammary gland, and raise it to the position after puberty development. A silk thread purse is then used to tighten the incision.

The postoperative incision is at the edge of the areola, and the scar is not obvious after recovery. The breast shape is made fuller and firmer.
