Socialbakers: 82% of brands in Asia Pacific are now on Facebook

Last year, 67% of brands in Asia Pacific were on Facebook, and now, this figure has reached 82%.

In the first quarter of 2015, average problem response time dropped from 50 hours to 30 hours.

This year, Bangladeshi brands had the highest response rate in the questions. India slipped, and Hong Kong took its place in the top 10. Indonesian brands had a response rate of 84%, compared to 56% last year.

Telecom brands generally provide good consumer service on Facebook, with a 95% response rate for questions.
