It is generally believed to be related to excessive sweating of the hands and feet, and to allergies to metals such as nickel and chromium and some detergents. If you want to improve the peeling of your hands and feet in autumn and winter, you can eat more foods rich in vitamins on a daily basis, such as animal liver, egg yolks, milk, cheese, fish, shellfish, carrots, etc. The carotene in these foods can be converted into vitamin A in the body.
