Normally the walking distance should be no less than 3 kilometers and the time should not be less than 30 minutes, and it can also be adjusted according to age. But once you decide to walk 3,000 meters each time, you cannot change it at will.

Fifth, the walking frequency should be fixed every day

Try to keep your walking speed as consistent as possible each time. It is best to walk in a rhythmic “one, two, one” like marching in a procession every day. It should not be less than 5 times a week, and a training cycle is 3-6 months.
