What should women do if they want to exercise to tighten their vagina?

Many women who have given birth have found that their vaginas are loose, which often makes it difficult for couples to have a good sex life. Therefore, many women want to improve their vaginal looseness by performing vaginal tightening. The commonly used methods are exercise and the use of external products. So how do you do exercise to tighten your vagina?

1. Hold your urine: During the urination process, consciously hold your urine for a few seconds to interrupt urination, and then continue urinating after a short pause. Repeating this process for a period of time can increase the tension of the muscles around the vagina.

2. Anal lifting exercises: When you feel the urge to defecate, hold your stool and do anal lifting exercises. Repeating this exercise frequently can help train your pelvic muscles.

3. Contraction exercise: Lie on your back, relax your body, gently insert a finger into the vagina, then contract the vagina and clamp it for 3 seconds, then relax, and repeat several times. The time can be gradually increased.

4. Other exercises: When walking, consciously tighten the inner side of the big toe and the perineum muscles, then relax and repeat the exercise. For example, learning to walk like a model is one of them.

The above-mentioned methods of vaginal tightening can effectively tighten the female vagina and achieve vaginal tightening effect.

Things that women need to pay attention to when doing vaginal tightening exercises:

1. When you first start practicing female vaginal tightening, you can lie on your back on the bed, relax your body, and focus on the anal contraction movements; pay special attention to not exerting force on your legs, buttocks, and abdominal muscles.

2. After women experience the contraction of the pelvic floor muscles, they should focus the contraction on the vagina and urethra, and continue to repeat the frequency of contraction and relaxation.

3. Try to insert two fingers into the vagina about 5 cm to see if you feel pressure with the fingers in the vagina when you contract the pelvic floor muscles.

4. To tighten the vagina, women should do pelvic floor muscle exercises 1 to 2 times a day, each time for 10 minutes.

When women continue to do vaginal tightening exercises for about 6 to 8 weeks, not only will the vaginal muscles become tighter, but the sensitivity of the vagina will also increase, and both men and women will certainly be able to experience a happier sex life.
