What causes sudden amenorrhea?

When female friends find themselves experiencing amenorrhea, they should remain calm and know what is going on with the sudden amenorrhea. Only by figuring out the specific cause of the disease and keeping track of their own health conditions can they find appropriate methods to regulate and treat it, and will not allow their bodies to be repeatedly threatened and harmed. Of course, there are many reasons that lead to amenorrhea.

Amenorrhea is not only a symptom, but also a physiological manifestation of the disease. If amenorrhea occurs before the due time, it often indicates that there is a problem. The standard age of menopause for women should be around 49 to 51 years old, but in real life, many women experience menopause early, and there are even some who experience abnormal menopause in their 30s. Amenorrhea means weakness, aging, and slowly moving towards death. In fact, the premature aging of women also means that the quality of the nation is weakening, which is worrying.

Nutritional deficiencies, especially those of protein and vitamins, can reduce the function of endocrine glands, with the pituitary gland's synthesis and secretion of gonadotropins being most easily inhibited. It also reduces the response of target organs to hormones, such as the sensitivity of the endometrium to sex hormones, and causes amenorrhea. The main reason is improper diet, such as partial eating and picky eating, which leads to insufficient intake of protein, lipids and vitamins in food.

If amenorrhea does not last long, or occurs occasionally, you can review whether there have been any special circumstances recently, such as mental stimulation, excessive stress, fatigue, environmental changes, cold stimulation, malnutrition, etc. Changes in these external factors can sometimes inhibit the function of the central nervous system, thereby reducing the secretion of pituitary gonadotropin and causing amenorrhea.

Whether you suffer from certain diseases, such as gynecological diseases, endometrial tuberculosis, intrauterine adhesions caused by multiple curettages, polycystic ovaries, premature ovarian failure, etc.; endocrine system diseases, amenorrhea and galactorrhea syndrome, hypothalamic pituitary dysfunction; systemic wasting diseases, such as severe anemia, tuberculosis, tumors, etc., all of which may cause secondary amenorrhea.

Through the above introduction, everyone should have a clear understanding of what causes sudden amenorrhea. I hope it will be helpful to everyone. If you can improve your lifestyle habits and raise your health awareness early, don't wait until the disease appears before you start panicking and worrying. Of course, physical conditioning and disease treatment are not a matter of one or two days, and you still need to remain patient.
