How to use the built-in tampon?

Internal tampons have always been popular with many people. This is because internal tampons are naturally bacteria-free and will not cause vulvar allergies. You can change your posture at will and don’t have to worry about menstrual blood leaking or embarrassing scenes. However, the first time you use an internal tampon, I believe it is a bit difficult for everyone to accept it, and you don’t know how to use it correctly. So how do you use an internal tampon?

For a more comfortable position, many people prefer to stand with their knees slightly bent, which allows the vaginal area to be fully opened and the muscles to relax.

Use your middle finger and thumb to pinch the end of the thick tube, let the string hang naturally, and gently insert it upwards into the vagina in the direction of the back until the finger touches the body.

Then use your index finger to gently push the inner insert strip into the vagina until the inner insert strip is flush with the outer thick tube.

At this time, the inserter is inside the thick tube. Pinch the two tubes and move them out together. This means that the tampon is already in your vagina. The drawstring is hanging outside. It is used when you want to take out the tampon later. When you don't feel the tampon, it means it is in the right position. If you feel uncomfortable, it means that you haven't pushed it in deep enough. It is stuck in the vaginal opening and you can feel uncomfortable. If this happens, you can only gently pull out the tampon and put it in again with a new one to make sure that the tampon is placed deep enough. Generally, after practicing a few times, you will be very skilled.

If you want to take out the tampon, relax first. If you are nervous, it will be difficult to take it out. Gently pull the pull string and pull it down according to the angle you inserted the tampon. It will be easily pulled out. If you find it difficult to pull it out, it means that the menstrual blood inside is not full yet and it is not smooth enough. In that case, you can either wait a little longer before taking it out, or put a smaller tampon in next time.

I believe many people are still unfamiliar with using a tampon for the first time, because it is a new type of sanitary napkin. Although it has been available since the 1990s, as Chinese people, few people use it. The tampon is very simple and convenient, and you can use it proficiently with the correct techniques.
