Does hydatidiform mole have a fetal bud?

Does hydatidiform mole have a fetal bud?

Some friends suffer from hydatidiform mole and have repeated bleeding, but they do not receive timely treatment. At this time, the body becomes weaker and weaker, which may lead to serious infection and anemia. There are also several patients in other tracks who may die due to heavy bleeding. If an infection occurs, it may also cause adnexitis, and even sepsis in severe cases.

A hydatidiform mole has no fetal heartbeat or fetal bud. It is impossible for a hydatidiform mole to have a heartbeat. It is an intrauterine disease in itself. It is not a normal pregnancy. It is impossible for a fetal heartbeat to exist. It is formed by abnormal proliferation and degeneration of the fertilized egg. It can also be caused by the degeneration of the villi to form many blisters of varying sizes, like a bunch of grapes. This is called a hydatidiform mole. Therefore, there can be no fetal heartbeat. The true cause of hydatidiform mole is still unknown in medicine so far, and its morbidity rate is also quite high. Therefore, if a hydatidiform mole occurs, you must go to a regular hospital for further treatment.

Hydatidiform mole is more common in rice-eating countries, so it is believed to be related to nutrition. Studies have found that the activity of folic acid in the serum of patients with gestational trophoblastic tumor (GTT) is very low. Folic acid deficiency during the period of embryonic angiogenesis will affect thymine synthesis, leading to embryonic death and lack of blood vessels in the placental villi; low consumption of carotene in the diet increases the risk of hydatidiform mole; the incidence of hydatidiform mole increases in areas deficient in vitamin A; the content of trace elements Zn and Se in hydatidiform mole tissue decreases.

A considerable number of patients with hydatidiform mole will feel abdominal pain. The uterus will rapidly enlarge due to glucose, and the lower abdominal distension and pain will be felt at this time. It may even cause intrauterine bleeding. In addition, hydatidiform mole itself can stimulate the uterus to cause contraction, which can easily cause pain. This pain can be severe or mild.
