If it is caused by daytime work, you should reduce your workload, pay attention to your walking posture, and not wear high heels.

The expectant mother should try to sit up, and can lean her body on the table (using cushions to protect her head and chest), to avoid squeezing the baby. The prospective father can perform the following operations in order:

1. Massage the waist and back: Place the base of your palms or the palms of your fists on the muscles on both sides of the spine on the expectant mother's back, and do brisk, gentle circular movements. Be careful to press the muscles and apply a certain amount of pressure, and do not rub the skin. After massaging a fixed point for dozens of seconds, move your hand down one palm width, and repeat this operation until you massage above the buttocks.

2. Rub the Dazhui point: Place your palm on the Dazhui point (the depression below the most protruding spine between the cervical and thoracic vertebrae when the patient lowers his head) and rub it repeatedly (alternate between the left and right hands) 20-30 times.

3. Press the back shu points: Place the tips of your thumbs on the Dazhui point (the depression below the most protruding part of the spine between the cervical and thoracic vertebrae when you lower your head), one finger width away from the left and right sides. Press with a certain force and hold for a few seconds. Move down about one centimeter and press again, and continue this process until you reach the point above the buttocks. If you encounter areas that are sensitive to pain, you can extend the pressing time appropriately. Pain points may indicate that there may be some discomfort in the body, which can be partially relieved by pressing.

2. Correct sleeping posture to relieve back pain during pregnancy

1. When the abdomen is slightly bulging, you should lie on your side with the upper leg slightly bent forward and a side sleeping pad or pillow between the legs. This will allow the pregnant woman's waist and back to rest.

2. In the middle and late stages of pregnancy, lie on your left side in bed, bend your upper leg forward and touch the bed, and keep your abdomen against the bed to relax your back muscles.

3. In addition to adopting the second posture in the late pregnancy, if you put a long pillow next to you, it will be convenient for pregnant women to lean on it at any time. It is also appropriate to clamp it between the legs, which will help relieve back pain.
