We all believe in science now, and we also need to believe in science when it comes to pregnancy. Every family wants a healthy baby, so they want to have a planned pregnancy. This way the pregnancy rate may be higher. Of course, it is also to be able to fertilize at the best time, so that the quality of sperm and follicles of both parties are very high, and the baby born will be healthy. So what are the best days for women to become pregnant?

Generally speaking, women are most likely to get pregnant within two or three days before and after ovulation. For women with a 28-day menstrual cycle, ovulation occurs on the 14th day of the menstrual cycle (counting from the first day of menstruation). Therefore, the period from the 11th to the 15th day of the menstrual cycle should be the possible period of conception, and the possibility of conception on the 13th and 14th days is the highest.

If the menstrual cycle is 30 days or 32 days, ovulation occurs on the 16th or 18th day of the menstrual cycle. But this simple calculation method is not applicable to women with irregular menstrual cycles. However, other methods can be used to observe. The most common method is to use the changes in basal body temperature and vaginal secretions during the menstrual cycle to help understand the ovulation date. The egg has the strongest fertilization ability within 12 hours after being discharged from the ovary, and it is still fertile within 15 to 18 hours. The fertilization ability is lost after 24 hours.

Under normal circumstances, during sexual intercourse, hundreds of millions of sperm can enter the vagina each time a man ejaculates, but only about 200 sperm can actually reach the fertilization site, and most of the remaining sperm die during the process of passing through the female reproductive tract. It is generally believed that only sperm that can reach the fertilization site within 1 to 3 days after sexual intercourse have the ability to fertilize the egg. From this point of view, sexual intercourse 1 to 2 days before ovulation is the easiest to get pregnant.
