From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, night sweats may be caused by qi deficiency or yin deficiency. If it is caused by qi deficiency, it is generally due to poor vasodilator function, which can be treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. Night sweats caused by insufficient heart blood, palpitations and insomnia should be treated with blood-tonifying and heart-nourishing Guipi Decoction. If it is caused by yin deficiency, the body will have dryness and heat syndrome, which will also cause night sweats.

300 grams of fresh lily, 1 female duck (about 1500 grams), appropriate amounts of rice wine, fine salt and white wine. Kill the living duck, wash it, put the washed lily into the duck liver, then into the duck viscera, pour 2 spoons of rice wine on it, sprinkle with 1 spoon of fine salt, finally bend the duck head into the belly, tie the duck body tightly with white thread, and steam it over high heat until the duck meat is tender. Take on an empty stomach before meals, 1 small bowl each time, twice a day.

6 grams of bird's nest, 9 grams of white fungus, and appropriate amount of ice water. Soak the bird's nest and white fungus in hot water, pick and wash them, add rock sugar, stew them in water and serve. Take once in the morning and once in the evening for 10 to 15 days.

1000 grams of fresh lily, 500 grams of lotus root powder, and appropriate amount of white sugar. Wash the lilies, dry them in the sun or in an oven, grind them into powder, put them into a bottle and cover it tightly for later use. Take 1 spoon each of lily powder and lotus root powder, add 2-3 spoons of cold water to make a thin starch, then brew with boiling water, add sugar and mix well. Take twice a day for 1 month.
