What to do during menopause

Female friends are very sensitive about menopause, because everyone thinks that menopause is a sign of aging of body functions. In fact, there is no need to have such great mental pressure. In fact, more symptoms of menopause are more manifested in the mental aspect. Many women will show symptoms of irritability, panic, and insomnia. In fact, if we maintain a healthy mentality in life, supplement nutrition appropriately and exercise, menopause is not that scary.

After women enter menopause, their metabolism decreases rapidly, causing their skin to become dry and wrinkles to increase. Wrinkles are particularly noticeable around the mouth and eyes. In addition, facial pores will become larger and skin pigmentation will accumulate faster. Menopause causes your metabolism to slow down, which in turn causes your body to lose calcium faster. Therefore, about one-third of women entering menopause will suffer from osteoarthritis, and over time, this osteoarthritis will develop into osteoporosis.

Since menopause is related to changes in ovarian function, women in menopause may experience repeated and irregular menstruation. People who do not exercise for a long time are prone to premature aging. Ensuring daily or weekly exercise can effectively improve physical fitness, improve the coordination of the body's internal functions, and maintain a good mental state. To use exercise to delay menopause, you can choose walking, Tai Chi, jogging, cycling, etc. There is no need to choose strenuous exercise to achieve the purpose of physical exercise.

Menopausal women should pay special attention to diet control, because we can take in many nutrients in the diet that can relieve menopausal symptoms. For example, soy isoflavones contained in soybeans are one of the more effective ones. In order to help our friends go through menopause smoothly, they can consume more nutrients such as carbohydrates and proteins in their daily lives, which can also improve the body's disease resistance.
