This completes a set of movements, and then repeat. This exercise strengthens the muscles in your hips and pelvis.

Other exercises: When walking, consciously tighten the inner side of the big toe and the perineum muscles, then relax and repeat the exercise. For example, learning to walk like a model is one of them. Through these daily exercises, the tension of the pelvic muscles and the muscles around the vagina can be greatly improved, which can help restore the elasticity of the vagina and help sexual life. You should also develop good sexual habits and avoid having sex too frequently, which will prevent the vagina from becoming loose.

Vaginal relaxation not only causes disharmony during sexual intercourse, but also causes major problems in the normal life of the couple. However, in order to restore the vagina to firmness, you must use the correct method and try not to use other auxiliary surgical methods to restore it. This is likely to cause more serious harm to the body and the cost will outweigh the gain.
