How women can care for healthy breasts

How women can care for healthy breasts

1. Puberty

After women enter puberty, their breasts gradually begin to develop. The breasts, areola and nipples all grow larger, the color of the areola and nipples gradually deepens, the glandular tissue develops, and the subcutaneous fat increases. The breasts gradually become plump cones, full and upright. At this time, the protection of the breasts is mainly to make them develop more beautifully. So, how big is normal for breast development? In fact, the size of the breasts should be proportional to a person's height and body shape. Due to differences in height and body shape, the standard of breast size also varies from person to person.

What should I do if my breasts are too small? A small number of women have small breasts, flat chests, no undulating breast peaks, and lack the curves that women should have. For this, the following measures can be taken or compensated:

1. Don’t be picky about food.

Develop good eating habits and add some animal protein and fat appropriately.

2. Keep doing calisthenics every day.

You can usually lift your chest and expand your chest more often, or do push-ups, pull-ups, dumbbell exercises, spring stretches and other exercises to exercise your chest muscles to make them developed and thick, thereby promoting breast enlargement.

3. Keep doing breast massage.

Persistent breast massage can promote breast development; you can do breast massage every day before taking a bath or going to bed.

4. Use breast enhancement device at the right time.

It is very important to use breast augmentation devices correctly; breast augmentation devices use negative attraction to promote breast erection and fullness, so the negative attraction should not be too great, and you should not act too hastily.

(ii) Pregnancy

During pregnancy, the breasts increase in size significantly, the nipples also increase in size relatively, the areola expands, the nipples and areola become darker in color, the epidermis thickens, and the areola glands secrete more vigorously. At this time, the breasts are fully developed and ready for breastfeeding. Therefore, the following points should be noted when protecting breasts during pregnancy.

1. Wear a suitable bra.

During pregnancy, breasts are fuller, and bras that are too tight or too small will hinder the full development of the breasts. Wearing suitable bras can support and protect the enlarged breasts to prevent sagging in the future.

2. Keep the nipples clean.

During pregnancy, the nipples should be kept clean. Clean the breasts and nipples every day. Scrub the nipples with 70% alcohol or warm water, dry them after washing, apply ointment or skin care cream on the nipples, and then gently massage with your hands to make the nipple epidermis tougher.

3. Keep doing nipple massage.

If you have short or inverted nipples, you should insist on nipple massage and traction to correct the inverted nipples.
