How to use sanitary napkins correctly

How to use sanitary napkins correctly

Many women have misunderstandings when using sanitary napkins. For example, some people frantically buy sanitary napkins when they are on sale, and then hoard them at home. There are two disadvantages to doing this. The first is that the quality of discounted sanitary napkins is difficult to guarantee, and some are even about to expire. The second is that if you buy a large number of sanitary napkins at one time and store them at home, they will easily get damp and deteriorate.

If sanitary napkins are not changed for a long time, the menstrual blood is rich in nutrients and can easily become a "culture medium" for the proliferation of bacteria. Many women blindly pursue sanitary napkins with high absorption capacity. For their own convenience, they often use sanitary napkins with high absorption capacity. Another situation is that they forget to change them when the menstrual blood volume is small. These two practices are also not recommended. Failure to change sanitary napkins for a long time will lead to poor local ventilation, causing bacteria to multiply, thus inducing various gynecological diseases. Therefore, sanitary napkins must be changed frequently. I suggest that no matter how much your menstrual flow is, you should not use a sanitary napkin for more than 3 hours!

It is actually very unhygienic to keep sanitary napkins in the bathroom for a long time. Generally, sanitary napkins are made of non-woven fabrics, which are fiber materials. The materials will deteriorate after being exposed to moisture, and bacteria can easily invade and multiply. However, most bathrooms in my country do not see sunlight all day and are very humid, which makes it easy for mold to breed and contaminate sanitary napkins. After unpacking, sanitary napkins should be placed in a dry and clean environment and should not be used again after getting wet.

There is another misunderstanding that you should pay attention to when using sanitary napkins. Some female friends may one-sidedly pursue large absorption capacity, so they specifically buy this type of sanitary napkins. This practice is incorrect. Sanitary napkins with high absorption capacity are often worn for a long time, and the private parts are not breathable for a long time, which makes it very easy for bacteria to multiply, thus causing various gynecological diseases. Therefore, the absorption capacity of sanitary napkins should be selected reasonably according to the changes in menstrual volume.
