Pregnancy is a very happy thing, but it also has certain risks. Ectopic pregnancy is a very dangerous thing, so pregnant women are advised to get checked at the appropriate stage. In addition, if any discomfort occurs, they should go to the hospital immediately. Abdominal pain is the most obvious symptom of ectopic pregnancy, so where is the abdominal pain of ectopic pregnancy?

Where is the abdominal pain in ectopic pregnancy

Ectopic pregnancy will indeed cause abdominal pain and bleeding, but it should be clear that the pain of ectopic pregnancy is not fixed in a specific location in the abdomen. This is because the location of the pain is different if the gestational sac is in different positions. However, it is impossible to determine whether it is an ectopic pregnancy based on the location of the pain. This must be noted. If there are any abnormalities, the examination must be done carefully, and if it is confirmed to be an ectopic pregnancy, the pregnancy must be terminated as soon as possible.

What are the causes of ectopic pregnancy?

1. Chronic salpingitis. Inflammation causes adhesion of the endometrium of both fallopian tubes, resulting in narrow lumen, thick wall and weak peristalsis, which makes it possible for the egg to enter the fallopian tubes for fertilization, but the sperm and egg cannot return to the uterine cavity.

2. Bilateral fallopian tube dysplasia, deformity, endometriosis, and recanalization after ligation surgery hinder the fusion of sperm and egg, and the embryo is retained in the bilateral fallopian tubes to implant and grow.

3. Pelvic tumors compress or pull the fallopian tubes, causing them to move or deform, blocking the combination of sperm and egg.

4. Sperm and egg combine and travel abroad. After the fertilized egg is fertilized in one fallopian tube, it floats along the umbrella end to the other fallopian tube. Due to the increase of time, it has the ability to implant the embryo before entering the uterus, resulting in an ectopic pregnancy.

Once an ectopic pregnancy is discovered, you must follow the doctor's advice and use medication or surgery immediately to treat it. If the ectopic pregnancy is not resolved as soon as possible, it will not only lead to various complications, but the patient's life may be threatened at any time. There are no major symptoms of ectopic pregnancy in the morning, so pregnant women are advised to go to the hospital for a physical examination as soon as possible.
