Pictures of cervical erosion and bleeding

Cervical erosion is very common among married women. It is mainly caused by cervicitis, which has a great impact on women's reproductive health. If the condition worsens and the inflammation spreads to other urinary systems, it can affect women's fertility and cause female infertility. Therefore, cervical erosion should be treated immediately. So, will cervical erosion cause vaginal bleeding?

Can cervical erosion cause vaginal bleeding?

Cervical erosion can be mild or severe. According to the degree of erosion, there are mild, mild-moderate, and moderate-severe cervical erosion. When women have cervical erosion, the obvious symptom is that it can cause abnormal leucorrhea, which can cause changes in its color, taste and texture. Some cervical erosions can cause vaginal bleeding in women. If the symptoms are only mild, there is usually blood in the secretions, or a small amount of blood. If the situation is serious, it can cause irregular bleeding in the vagina, such as bleeding during sex, or bleeding during defecation or excessive exercise, which will cause great harm to women.

In addition to causing vaginal bleeding, cervical erosion is also accompanied by other symptoms, as follows:

1. Bladder symptoms: When the inflammation of cervical erosion spreads or directly spreads to the bladder triangle, it can cause abnormal urination due to irritation to the bladder, such as frequent urination, urgent urination, and painful urination. Some patients may also have secondary urethral infection.

2. Changes in discharge: It is a common symptom of cervical erosion, and the actual manifestations of discharge are also different. Depending on the patient's pathogens, the scope of erosion and the severity of the disease, the changes in discharge will also be different. For example, if the erosion area is small or the lesions are shallow, the amount of discharge may be relatively small, but if the cervical erosion is accompanied by obvious inflammation, the discharge will be yellowish pus and viscous, and some will be accompanied by blood.

3. Pain: There are not many cases of pain caused by cervical erosion. Generally, when the bacteria invade deep into the area, it can cause chronic paracervical connective tissue inflammation, which can lead to lumbar pain, pelvic pain and menstrual pain. If the inflammation spreads to the main tendon, it can cause pain during sexual intercourse, which will affect the couple's life.
