At what age does a woman enter menopause?

When people reach middle age, their tempers change a lot, especially women. They often throw things, have bad tempers, talk loudly, and are easily angered. People often say, could it be that they have reached menopause? This is actually what I am talking about. So, at what age does a woman enter menopause? Generally speaking, women go through menopause between the ages of 45 and 55. Women in menopause should arrange their lives scientifically and pay attention to the cultivation of their character.

Perimenopausal syndrome, also known as menopausal syndrome (MPS), refers to a group of syndromes characterized by autonomic nervous system dysfunction and accompanied by neuropsychological symptoms caused by fluctuations or decreases in sex hormones before and after menopause in women. Menopause can be divided into natural menopause and artificial menopause. Natural menopause refers to the exhaustion of ovarian follicles, or the loss of response of the remaining follicles to gonadotropins. The follicles no longer develop and secrete estrogen, and cannot stimulate the growth of the endometrium, leading to menopause.

The most typical symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome are hot flashes and flushes. It mostly occurs between the ages of 45 and 55. Most women may experience symptoms of varying severity. Some people begin to experience symptoms during the menopausal transition period and continue for 2 to 3 years after menopause. For a few people, the symptoms may not be alleviated or disappear until 5 to 10 years after menopause. Women who undergo artificial menopause often experience perimenopausal syndrome 2 weeks after the operation, which peaks 2 months after the operation and can last for up to 2 years.

Women are prone to hypertension, coronary heart disease, tumors, etc. during the perimenopausal period. Cardiovascular diseases and organic lesions of the urinary and reproductive organs must be excluded, and they should also be differentiated from neurasthenia, hyperthyroidism, etc. At this time, psychotherapy is an important part of the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome, and autonomic nervous function regulating drugs such as oryzanol and diazepam (Valium) can be used as an auxiliary to help regulate autonomic nervous function.

When women reach menopause, they can participate in more physical activities to find spiritual satisfaction and enrichment, such as dancing, knitting, chatting with others, planting flowers and grass, herding sheep and cattle, etc. This can also make them feel happy and is also a kind of adjustment to their temper and mentality. In addition, they can also do some physical exercises within their ability to enhance their physical fitness.
