Amenorrhea is an important sign of women and a normal physiological phenomenon. So what symptoms will women experience before menopause?

Premenopausal signs:

1. Amenorrhea accompanied by decreased libido, breast atrophy, loss of axillary and pubic hair, infertility, etc. is mostly due to insufficient secretion of gonadotropin. In this case, endocrine hormones should be checked, and it is also necessary to check for related diseases. Some diseases have good therapeutic effects if treated early, while late treatment often brings a lot of trouble.

2. Amenorrhea accompanied by fatigue, anorexia, weight loss, syncope and other symptoms is mostly due to insufficient secretion of adrenocorticotropic hormone. Such situations need to be checked and confirmed. If the hormone test is normal and the above symptoms occur, it may be related to factors such as improper weight loss and excessive dieting.

3. Amenorrhea accompanied by obesity, hirsutism or macrocytosis, acromegaly, hypertension, rough skin, polycythemia, etc. is mostly caused by pituitary tumors. This condition usually requires a CT scan to confirm.

4. Amenorrhea accompanied by chills, pale and dry skin, bradycardia, low blood pressure, slow reaction, drowsiness, dementia, apathy, etc. is mostly due to insufficient secretion of thyroid-stimulating hormone. This situation can be confirmed by checking thyroid function and is generally not difficult to diagnose.

5. Amenorrhea accompanied by infertility, hirsutism, obesity, acne and other symptoms is mostly due to ovarian dysfunction. This disease can be diagnosed by examining endocrine serum, B-ultrasound, etc.
