1. Changes in menstrual cycle

The menstrual cycle of women will be prolonged before menopause. Normal women will have menstruation once a month. When women are about to go through menopause, the interval between menstruation will increase, sometimes less than two or three months, but after a few months, it will return to normal, and then amenorrhea and normal menstruation will alternate. This situation can last for one or two years, while some women will have too frequent menstruation. These are all symptoms of women before menopause.

2. Changes in the appearance of menstruation

When women are about to reach menopause, their menstrual blood will become lighter, and the blood will appear light pink or even black. There will also be some small blood clots and fiber fragments in the menstrual blood. The amount of menstruation will also gradually decrease, but some women may have too much blood. The length of the menstrual period will also change, some are only two or three days, while some women can shorten it and can last up to ten days.

3. Redness and fever on the face

Before women reach menopause, the fever starts from the bottom and spreads upward to the entire face. There is often obvious capillary dilation on the face, the face becomes red, and the whole body is sweating. Some people even experience dizziness.

4. Numbness in the limbs

Especially when sleeping at night, they feel abnormal, their lower limbs feel heavy, and they don’t know where to put their legs. Some women also experience lower abdominal pain, panic, insomnia, headache, etc., and often suffer from paranoia and depression.

Generally, women's menopause age is between 45 and 55 years old. It is very normal for women to experience menopause at this age. However, in real life, some women under 40 also experience menstruation. They often feel exhausted, irritable, emotionally unstable, and their mood is becoming increasingly unstable. In addition, women's menstrual cycle will change before menopause, which should be paid attention to in time.
