Is postpartum medicine effective?

What is postpartum disease? In fact, it is a combination of various diseases that occur in women during the confinement period after childbirth. Many female friends are prone to confinement diseases after childbirth, which affects their physical health and mental state. Many women cannot recover their health several years or even more than ten years after childbirth. It can be seen that the harm of confinement diseases is great. Is it reasonable to treat confinement diseases with confinement doctors? No matter what kind of disease it is, it must be treated promptly after it occurs.

If women do not take good care of themselves during the confinement period after childbirth, they will suffer from many diseases, some of which are even lifelong diseases. If you look closely, the main diseases include low back pain; urinary retention, bladder swelling, and difficulty in urination; pelvic varicose veins, abdominal pain, heaviness, excessive lochia, increased leucorrhea, and frequent urination, urgency, backache, and heaviness in the lumbar sacral region; pain in the elbows, wrists, and soles of the feet; persistent lochia; weight gain, pregnancy spots, etc.

The main cause of these symptoms is that during pregnancy, the swollen uterus compresses the pelvis, uterus, various organs and blood vessels in the pelvic cavity. Improper postpartum care and delayed recovery, coupled with fatigue factors such as squatting, sitting or standing for a long time, can easily cause the above-mentioned diseases. The symptomatic treatment method is generally to reduce the burden on the waist: prepare more soft cushions and place them in the popliteal fossa; sleep in the left side with legs bent; avoid wearing high heels, apply hot compresses, avoid bending over frequently, do not walk for too long, keep warm, and avoid exposure to cold water and wind. Pay attention to eating more milk, rice bran, bran, carrots and other foods rich in vitamins C, D and B vitamins. Starting from 2 weeks after delivery, do appropriate exercise under the guidance of a health care doctor. If you have fever symptoms, go to the hospital for examination immediately.

How should you sit during confinement to effectively treat postpartum diseases? There are still many things to pay attention to when eating, and each region and group of people are different, but sticking to light, healthy and nutritious food, eating more vegetables and fruits, and drinking light soups can reduce the incidence of postpartum diseases. Women can also do light exercise at home during the confinement period. Reasonable walking is also a good way to reduce the occurrence of postpartum diseases.
