Why can’t I do sit-ups after giving birth?

In today's society, "thinness" is increasingly advocated. The numerous weight-loss methods are favored by women who want to lose weight. However, there is still a group of people who have given birth. Their abdomens have become larger when giving birth. Some women want to lose belly fat through healthy weight-loss methods. Sit-ups are the first choice. However, doing sit-ups after childbirth is unscientific and causes invisible harm to the body. Today, the editor will tell you why it is not suitable to do sit-ups after childbirth?

1. Doing strenuous exercise to lose weight immediately after delivery may slow down the recovery of the uterus and cause bleeding. In severe cases, it may cause further damage to the surgical section or episiotomy during delivery.

2. One week after delivery, the new mother who returns home can try to do some light housework and insist on taking a walk after meals. These activities can regulate the body's metabolism, promote the decomposition of body fat, and consume excess energy.

3. One month after delivery, if the body recovers quickly, the new mother can start doing some sit-ups and leg lifts in bed to exercise the abdominal and psoas muscles, and also to reduce fat in the abdomen and buttocks. In addition, you should arrange 1-2 times of exercise every day. It can be reasonably adjusted according to your own conditions. For example: doing radio gymnastics, jogging, skipping rope, swimming, dancing and other activities.

4. You can also achieve the purpose of exercise through daily activities such as mopping the floor, vacuuming, and cleaning. Because, in the process of mopping the floor and cleaning, your hands need to push and pull back and forth, your body needs to lean forward, and your feet need to push the ground hard to maintain your body's balance, thereby increasing exercise, consuming energy, and reducing fat accumulation.

5. The mother's body is in the recovery period after childbirth, so she should not do strenuous exercises such as sit-ups. In order to better maintain her body, it is recommended that the mother do not do strenuous exercise.

Everyone loves beauty, but for the sake of future health, I think the most important thing is to maintain a healthy body. Here I want to say something to the majority of postpartum women. On the premise of food supplements, do some light exercises in moderation, avoid overeating, go to bed early and get up early, and have a good habit to face the future weight loss career. Only then can you be healthier after giving birth, and have the experience to lose weight and return to the figure before giving birth.
