1. Vaginitis: Trichomonas vaginitis is a common vaginitis caused by Trichomonas vaginalis. If you have Trichomonas vaginitis, the leucorrhea will be light yellow, gray or milky white, thin, abundant, and have a foul or mouse odor. It contains fine foam and is sometimes mixed with blood and is pink and purulent. Vulvar itching is also one of the symptoms of Trichomonas vaginitis.

2. Cervical disease: Normal leucorrhea should be milky white or colorless and transparent, with a slight fishy smell or no smell. If the leucorrhea is green, it may also be caused by cervical disease. There are two common cervical diseases, namely cervicitis and cervical erosion. Increased vaginal discharge is the most common and sometimes the only symptom of cervicitis. Leucorrhea increases in volume, becomes turbid, purulent or mixed with blood. The main symptom of cervical erosion is increased vaginal discharge, which is often purulent. There may be pain in the lower abdomen and lumbosacral area and bladder irritation symptoms.

3. Endometritis: Postpartum infection and infectious abortion are the most common causes of endometritis and also the most serious types. Symptoms of endometritis include mild fever, lower abdominal pain, and increased vaginal discharge. Leucorrhea is sometimes bloody, and if it is caused by anaerobic bacteria, the discharge will be foul-smelling.

4. The amount of leucorrhea increases, is thin and easy to flow out, is grayish yellow or yellowish green in color, contains small bubbles, and has a foul smell. Homogeneous, sometimes purulent, and may be mixed with blood in severe cases.

5 There is a burning sensation or itching around the genitals such as the labia, perineum, and anus, as if small insects are crawling, the itching is unbearable, and scratching causes local skin inflammation.

6 Sexual intercourse is painful and sometimes accompanied by bleeding. In the later stages, trichomoniasis urethritis, cystitis, and even ascending infection leading to pyelonephritis may occur, followed by symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, pain, and low back pain.

Its routine operation is very simple. The doctor only needs to take some secretions from the vagina. Women will feel almost no pain or discomfort, so female friends do not need to worry about routine testing of leucorrhea. Leucorrhea is an important sign that can reflect women's physical health. When women find that their leucorrhea is abnormal, they should go to the hospital for examination in time.
