How to treat uterine cold?

4. Exercise

Exercise is the best doctor. If you don't move, your blood circulation will be poor. Women are originally yin, and lack of exercise will increase the severity of cold symptoms.

Suitable for sports:

Jogging or brisk walking outdoors: regulate your body and mind, but be sure to persist.

Yoga: Sun Salutation, Sitting Legs Pose, Bound Legs Pose, better (Seated Legs Pose is difficult, Bound Legs Pose is easier, but the important thing is to regulate your breathing)

Others: If symptoms of infertility due to uterine cold have already appeared, it is strongly recommended that you exercise as soon as possible, any exercise, even if it is just walking more, to get the blood circulating and warm up your hands and feet.
