How to prevent breast hyperplasia?

Nowadays, the incidence of breast diseases such as breast hyperplasia among women remains high, and I believe everyone is aware of this. However, when it comes to maintaining health, it is far from enough to just be aware of it. We should actively do preventive work in our daily lives. So what should we do in actual situations? Next, let’s take a look at the following content that the editor has prepared.

1. Live a regular life and exercise appropriately. In daily life, you should combine work and rest, get enough sleep, and stay up late less; you should also do appropriate exercises such as running and chest expansion to enhance chest fitness.

2. Breastfeeding time should be sufficient. If a woman does not breastfeed after giving birth or breastfeeds for less than 8 months, it will cause milk stasis and increase the risk of breast disease. It is also best not to wear a bra that is too tight or has a squeezing effect on the breasts, as this will affect breast metabolism and lymphatic return, leading to breast hyperplasia.

3. Women aged 16-50 should undergo regular breast screening. The best time to do so is 3-7 days after menstruation. Self-examination, palpation, molybdenum-palladium testing, etc. can be used for examination. Women over 35 years old should do it once every 1-2 years; women over 50 years old should do it once a year; high-risk groups (family history of breast disease, ovarian cancer, glandular cancer) and women with severe hyperplasia should have a check-up every six months for dynamic observation. Women aged 20-35 should have an infrared or breast surgery examination every 3 years.

4. Reduce high-energy supplements and foods. The diet should be light, with more green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Without a doctor's advice, do not take propolis, royal jelly, pollen and some oral solutions containing hormones on your own, especially for women in menopause. Do not use these supplements to change the current situation of decreased estrogen levels.

This series of methods can effectively prevent the onset of breast hyperplasia, so the editor would like to strongly remind all female friends to strictly follow the editor's suggestions in daily life, and develop a good habit of regular physical examinations so that the breasts can remain healthy for a long time.
