What are the consequences of women getting angry during menstruation?

For women, there are a few days every month when not only the body but also the emotions are affected during menstruation. At this time, some women will always be affected by some small things in their mood, but what everyone does not know is that the body is very vulnerable during this period, which is why many diseases will appear in the later stage. So let's find out what are the consequences of women getting angry during menstruation?

During menstruation, it is easy to cause qi stagnation and blood stasis, which in turn causes menstrual pain.

Dysmenorrhea refers to severe pain in the lower abdomen before, during, or after menstruation. Back pain. Even nausea and vomiting are common diseases among women and are one of the factors leading to the onset of other gynecological diseases. Gynecological diseases caused by dysmenorrhea include:

(1) Cervical stenosis is mainly caused by obstruction of menstrual outflow, which causes dysmenorrhea.

(2) Uterine hypoplasia Poor uterine development is prone to abnormal blood supply, causing uterine ischemia and hypoxia, which can lead to dysmenorrhea.

(3) Abnormal uterine position: If a woman’s uterus is extremely retroflexed or anteflexed, it may affect the smooth flow of menstrual blood and cause dysmenorrhea.

(4) Psychological and neurological factors: Some women are overly sensitive to pain.

(5) Genetic factors: Dysmenorrhea in daughters is related to dysmenorrhea in mothers.

(6) Endocrine factors: Abdominal pain during menstruation is related to increased progesterone in the luteal phase.

(7) The level of prostaglandins (PG) in the endometrium and menstrual blood is elevated. Prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) acts on uterine muscle fibers to cause them to contract and cause dysmenorrhea. The level of prostaglandins in the endometrial tissue of menstrual patients is significantly higher than that of normal women.

(8) Excessive contraction of the uterus. Although the uterine contraction pressure of patients with dysmenorrhea is basically the same as that of normal women (normal pressure is about 4.9Kpa), the duration of uterine contraction is longer and it is often difficult to completely relax, so dysmenorrhea caused by excessive contraction of the uterus occurs.

(9) Abnormal uterine contraction. Patients with dysmenorrhea often experience abnormal uterine contraction, which often leads to ischemia of uterine smooth muscle. Uterine muscle ischemia can cause spasmodic contraction of uterine muscle, resulting in pain and dysmenorrhea.

(10) Gynecological diseases such as endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, adenomyosis, uterine fibroids, etc., and the placement of an intrauterine contraceptive device (commonly known as an IUD) can also easily cause dysmenorrhea.

(11) When a girl has her first menstruation, she may experience great psychological stress, sit for long periods of time which leads to poor blood circulation, poor menstrual blood flow, and a preference for cold foods which may cause dysmenorrhea.

After understanding the consequences of getting angry during menstruation, it should be helpful for some women. I would like to remind everyone to pay attention to their diet and emotions during the monthly settlement period. Don't let some small things affect your physical health. Physical health is what is important.
