What is PCOS ultrasound?

Our female body structure is very mysterious. I think most female friends don’t pay much attention to their body structure. Today, I would like to talk to you about some issues concerning our female ovaries. For example, when polycystic ovary syndrome occurs, what emergency and effective measures should we take? I hope that our female friends can understand this.

Polycystic ovary syndrome is also known as polycystic ovary disease. At present, the medical community believes that the disease is mainly related to endocrine and metabolic dysfunction. Often due to factors such as mental stress, drug abuse or other diseases, the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis endocrine disorders and the imbalance of the ratio of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone secreted by the pituitary gland. Due to the decrease of the former and the increase of the latter, the ovarian follicles cannot develop to maturity and cannot ovulate, but form cystic follicles and finally become polycystic ovaries. It is a syndrome with chronic anovulation, amenorrhea or oligomenorrhea, infertility, obesity, hirsutism and polycystic ovarian enlargement as its clinical characteristics. The diagnosis can be confirmed through B-ultrasound examination and hormone level measurement.

1. Unmarried girls may suffer from polycystic ovary syndrome.

2. Polycystic ovary syndrome is a female disease caused by endocrine disorders and may cause infertility.

3. Polycystic ovary syndrome is often manifested as menstrual disorders, hirsutism, and infertility.

4. The medical concept of cystic ovary syndrome: It is a syndrome with chronic anovulation, amenorrhea or oligomenorrhea, infertility, obesity, hirsutism and polycystic ovary as clinical characteristics. Polycystic ovary syndrome is a terminal ovarian pathological change caused by dysfunction of multiple endocrine axes. The initial neuroendocrine changes are increased GnRH-GnH release frequency and pulse amplitude, and increased LH/FSH ratio.

5. This disease is quite complicated. If you suspect that you have similar symptoms, you should go to the hospital for examination and diagnosis.

I wonder if the majority of female friends have learned more about the disease of polycystic ovary syndrome through the above introduction. I believe that through understanding this case, everyone should reflect on their own ovarian health issues. In fact, it is a part of the body that accompanies us. What we can do is to ensure its health, so that we can live happier lives.
