What causes vulvar itching and vaginal bleeding?

Generally, women will not take it seriously when they experience vulvar itching, and even think that vaginal bleeding is due to irregular menstruation. But in fact, this is a very wrong preconceived notion. If you encounter such a situation and do not adjust it, it will cause more serious consequences. In the final analysis, it is because you don’t know why your vulva is itchy and why your vagina is bleeding. Once you know it, you will definitely not dare to ignore it.

Vulvar pruritus is a subjective symptom caused by various vulvar lesions. It is common to many skin diseases rather than a specific disease. But it can also happen to people with completely normal vulva.

Pay attention to menstrual hygiene, keep the vulva clean and dry, and avoid scratching. Do not wash with hot water and avoid using soap. When there is an infection, use potassium permanganate solution for a sitz bath, but local scrubbing is strictly prohibited. Clothing, especially underwear, should be loose and breathable. Avoid alcohol and spicy or allergic foods.

Vaginal bleeding has many causes, which are related to age and whether you are married. If children experience pain in the vagina and vulva, accompanied by varying amounts of blood flowing out, this is mostly due to trauma. If there is bloody liquid flowing out, and sometimes a fever, it is mostly due to foreign matter remaining in the vagina. In addition, whether you have a blood disease is also worth considering.

Vaginal bleeding in women of childbearing age is often caused by diseases such as miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, hydatidiform mole, cervical polyps, uterine fibroids, and uterine cancer.

First aid measures

1. If there is a small amount of bleeding, pay attention to the patient's mental state, count the pulse, and let the patient rest in bed. Those with pale complexion and sweating should lower their heads, raise their feet, drink some light salt water, and keep warm.

2. You can also put a cold water bag or ice bag on your lower abdomen to stop the bleeding. When you feel nauseous, you should turn your face to one side to prevent suffocation.

I believe that now you should have a certain understanding of vulvar itching and vaginal bleeding, then you will know that these are very important phenomena, and early conditioning is very good for your body. Moreover, for women, only good vaginal maintenance can make life happier. I wish you a speedy recovery.
