4. Avoid eating raw, cold, sour, spicy and other irritating foods. Drink more boiled water to keep your bowel movements smooth. People with hot blood should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables before menstruation, and avoid eating things that stimulate fire such as onions, garlic, leeks, and ginger. People with qi and blood deficiency must increase their nutrition in daily life, such as milk, eggs, soy milk, pork liver, spinach, pork, chicken, lamb, etc., and avoid eating raw and cold fruits and vegetables.

Self-massage

Lie on your back first, and use the thenar of your right hand to rub the Qihai point on the abdomen for about 1 minute. Then use the ribbed surface of the right thumb to press the Sanyinjiao points on both lower limbs in turn. Press each point for 1 minute. Finally, use the palm of one hand to massage the lower abdomen for about 1 minute.

Then change to prone position, first use the palms of both hands to massage the lumbar sacral area up and down repeatedly for 2 minutes, then use the thumb tips of both hands to press the Shenshu, Mingmen, Baqiao and other acupoints in turn for 30 minutes each, until a sore and swollen feeling is felt. Finally, use the five fingers of both hands to press the bilateral Shenshu acupoints 3 times each, and the operation is completed.
