Nowadays, many girls experience stomach pain during their periods. This seems to be a common thing, but how can we relieve this pain?

Pepper and Ginger

When you have your period, don't touch anything cold, don't drink cold water, and don't drink coffee, as these will aggravate the pain. You can make some small recipes yourself, find a handful of peppercorns and grind them.

Add water and bring to a boil, put the peppercorns into the pot, and also choose some ginger slices, you can use the ginger you use for cooking at home, and turn off the heat after it boils twice.

During menstruation, drink boiled water, and try not to drink brown sugar ginger water, because brown sugar can increase blood discharge, so it is better to drink brown sugar ginger water to replenish blood and Qi after your menstrual period.

In winter, you should wear more warm clothes and boots, because it is easy to get sick if the menstrual period is not well protected.
