Causes of non-menstrual breast pain

1. Qi stagnation constitution

According to traditional Chinese medicine, chest pain a few days before menstruation is caused by qi stagnation. People with qi stagnation who are unhappy and worried all day long will first suffer liver damage. "The liver is responsible for regulating qi", and when the kidney function is affected, the qi stagnation will be blocked, resulting in the disorder of qi circulation throughout the body. The obstruction of blood and qi circulation will cause a series of manifestations to the human body. The symptoms for women include premenstrual breast pain and abdominal distension.

2. Food, clothing, housing, transportation and diet structure is not very good

Nowadays, people's food, clothing, housing and transportation are very diverse, and their nightlife culture is also colorful and stimulating. They eat all kinds of late-night snacks. This kind of life style of reversing day and night, staying up late for a long time and not getting enough rest, as well as a bad diet such as eating late-night snacks for a long time and eating too much may cause breast pain.

3. Lobular Hyperplasia

One week before menstruation, there is an intermittent feeling of swelling or dull pain in the chest. This may also be caused by lobular hyperplasia of the breast, which is a symptom of poor breast structure. The specific manifestation is breast pain, but the pain is not frequent and usually only occurs a few days before menstruation.

How to relieve breast pain before menstruation?

1. Hot compress: Hot compress can promote blood circulation very well. While taking a bath, apply a hot towel to the chest for three minutes. It is simple and convenient and can effectively relieve chest pain.

2. Maintain a slim figure: If a woman has too much fat in her body, it will immediately produce and store a lot of endurance hormone, and the breast tissue is very sensitive to endurance hormone. Once the body has too much endurance hormone, the breasts will immediately feel swollen and painful. Studies have shown that women with excessive obesity experience a significant reduction in breast pain and swelling after losing weight.
