Standard weight chart for women

Obesity is a problem that every woman is troubled by. When women get together to chat about party activities, the most mentioned topics are how to take care of themselves and how to lose weight. In today's society, if you want to become beautiful, you have to lose weight first, so losing weight has become a threshold to becoming beautiful. In fact, it is sufficient for a normal woman to have a normal weight, which in our world will be immediately called overweight. There is no need to be skinny, have no breasts or buttocks. A little flesh on the body can ensure the health of the body and meet one's own requirements. There is no need to be too strict with yourself. So what is the weight standard?

1. What is the standard figure of a girl?

The standard body shape lies in the proportions of the chest, waist, hips, etc. and their respective height-to-width ratios.

If we draw a straight line down the center of the body, we can create two triangles with the chest and butt as endpoints respectively.

If the triangles on both sides of the axis have equal proportions in front, back, left and right directions, and have an intersection exactly at the waist, then it can be called an ideal figure.

The breast peak should be located 2 head lengths from the head, that is, in the middle between the shoulder and the elbow.

Your waist should be located around your elbows when your arms are slightly bent.

The ideal position of the buttocks is exactly half of the height.

2. The extreme proportion of standard body shape

1. The proportion of the upper and lower body: With the belly button as the dividing line, the proportion of the upper and lower body should be 5:8, which conforms to the basic law of the "golden ratio".

2. Chest size: Measure the chest circumference from the armpit to the fullest part of the chest, which should be half of the height.

3. Hip circumference: Under normal circumstances, measure the thinnest part of the waist. The hip circumference is 20 cm smaller than the bust measurement.

4. Hip circumference: at the larger part of the buttocks parallel to the front metatarsal bones. The hip circumference is 4 cm larger than the chest circumference.

5. Thigh circumference: at the top of the thigh root, below the hip curve. The thigh circumference is 10 cm smaller than the hip circumference.

6. Calf circumference: at the fullest part of the calf. The calf circumference is 20 cm smaller than the thigh circumference.

7. Ankle circumference: at the thinnest part of the ankle. The ankle circumference is 10 cm smaller than the calf circumference.

8. Upper arm circumference: halfway between the shoulder dislocation and the wrist joint. The circumference of the upper arm is half of the circumference of the thigh.

9. Neck circumference: the thinnest part in the middle of the neck. Neck circumference is the same as calf circumference.

10. Shoulder width: the distance between the two shoulder peaks. Shoulder width is equal to half of the chest measurement minus 4 cm.

Skeletal beauty depends on uniformity and propriety. That is, when standing up, the longitudinal axes of the neck, torso and feet are on the same vertical line;

The shoulders are slightly broad, and the proportions of the head, torso, limbs, and the connection between the head, neck, and chest are appropriate.

Muscular beauty depends on flexibility and coordination. Being too fat or too thin, or having slight weakness in the shoulders, hips, or chest, etc.

If a part of the human body is too weak or too developed due to some reasons, it cannot be called muscle.

beautiful. The beauty of skin color depends on its delicateness, glossiness, flexibility, and a velvety feel to the touch. It looks best when it is light rose red.

3. International universal calculation method for golden ratio of body weight

Weight standard = (height cm-100) x 0.9 (kg)

Weight standard (female) = (height cm-100) x 0.9 (kg) - 2.5 (kg)

Normal weight: standard weight - (how much) 10%.

Overload: 10% above the standard weight and 20% below the standard weight.

Mild obesity: 20% above the standard weight and 30% below the standard weight.

Mild to moderate obesity: 30% above the standard weight and 50% below the standard weight.

Severe obesity: Exceeding the standard weight by more than 50%

Standard fat rate: Body mass index BMI = resting weight (kg) / {height * height (m)}

Normal woman = 19-24
