What is the cause of leucorrhea and painful urination?

In the body's detoxification system, the kidneys are the organs that produce urine, the urethra is located upstream and downstream of the urethra, and the urethral opening is in the middle and lower reaches of the urethra, which can excrete urine out of the body. Therefore, various diseases of the female urinary system may cause urinary pain. Experts point out that endocervicitis, nonspecific vaginitis, candidal vaginitis, uterine fibroids, in addition, ovarian tumors, urethral stones, cancer that requires treatment with chemical cancer drugs or pelvic radiation therapy can all cause urinary pain.

Female urinary pain

Brief description of female urinary pain

A woman had discomfort in her urethra when urinating for more than ten days, and sometimes it continued to hurt. She went to the hospital for outpatient treatment, and the test results showed that she had a urinary tract infection causing the painful urination. Afterwards, the woman received appropriate treatment under the care of a college doctor and gradually recovered.

According to relevant statistics, about 30% of women in the world experience urinary pain, and at least one of them is painful enough to seek medical treatment. This shows that urinary pain has become one of the problems of female reproductive health. Why does it hurt when women urinate?

Female urinary pain refers to the pain that women experience when urinating. It is a symptom caused by infection and other reproductive system diseases. Excreting unnecessary water from the body is a normal physiological process. Women should not feel any pain when they excrete urine through the urethra.

Causes of painful urination in women

So, why do women experience pain when urinating?

First of all, the female urethra and vagina are adjacent to each other, and bacteria can easily invade the vagina, especially after sexual intercourse, which is why "honeymoon cystitis" is acquired.

Secondly, the female vagina is adjacent to the stomach and anus, and many intestinal bacteria can enter the vagina, causing urethral infection and causing painful urination.

Third, although the surface of the female urethra is covered with a layer of mucus like a protective film, under normal circumstances, a kind of lactobacillus will grow in the vaginal mucosa, making the vagina acidic and inhibiting the invasion of bacteria. However, when this natural defense function is congenitally deficient or acquired changes, it is very easy to cause vaginal or urethral infections. These changes include:

1. Tumors or stones block urine metabolism.

2. Cystocele changes the structure and function of the urethra.

3. The use of contraceptive measures, spermicides, and drug abuse often cause changes in bacteria in the vagina.

4. Menopausal women lack male hormones.

5. Urethral surgery or catheterization may damage the thickness of the urethral mucus protective layer.

Fourth, allergies to soap, handkerchiefs, lubricants, vaginal cleansers, contraceptive sponges or foam plastics can also cause urinary pain.

Female urinary pain criteria

A 32-year-old female manager has been suffering from recurring urinary pain for three years since she gave birth. The symptoms can be relieved after taking some common antibiotics, but the disease cannot be cured. Experts emphasize that this disease should fall into the category of female "urethral syndrome" and should be taken seriously and treated. The three key criteria are:

First of all, to control acute infection, you can use Zhong Ba Zheng San for interactive treatment, and at the same time cooperate with nitrate alum for external washing.

Secondly, the treatment plan is determined based on the local condition of the urethral opening. For example, if the labia majora are fused, labia majora separation surgery is performed.

Secondly, if there are many fleshy protrusions on the external urethral opening, they should be removed; for the combined type, the urethral opening-vulvar opening interval should be lengthened; for patients with distal urethral stenosis, urethral dilation should be performed regularly.
