2. Ai Fu Nuan Gong Pills. The main functions are to regulate qi and nourish blood, warm the uterus and regulate menstruation. It is used for irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea caused by blood deficiency, qi stagnation, and coldness in the lower abdomen. Symptoms include delayed menstruation, scanty menstruation, blood clots, lower abdominal pain, cold pain in the lower abdomen during menstruation and preference for heat, and soreness in the waist and knees.

3. Ginger, jujube and brown sugar soup. Take 30 grams of brown sugar, 10 dates, and 30 grams of dried ginger. Add appropriate amount of water, boil it and drink it after 10 minutes, twice a day for 5 to 7 days. It can warm the uterus and dispel cold, and is suitable for dysmenorrhea caused by cold stagnation.

4. Guizhi Dazao Decoction. Take 10 jujubes, 10 grams of cinnamon twigs, 20 grams of hawthorn, and 30 grams of brown sugar. First, boil cinnamon twigs, jujubes, and hawthorn in water to extract juice, add brown sugar and boil, then drink it while hot, twice a day. It can warm the meridians, dispel cold, promote blood circulation and relieve pain. It is suitable for dysmenorrhea caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis due to lower abdominal pain before or during menstruation, pain relieved by heat, and scanty menstruation.
